Today, in the Education Complex Ecological Gardens Rome, was presented the new waste treatment technology. The Spanish company representatives presented AMBIENSYS technology they have designed and patented for the treatment of waste through the active sanitizing, which produces electricity and transforms waste into clean materials, easily removable and reusable.
This technology was introduced in the June 19, 2012, at a conference entitled "The adoption of a comprehensive policy - European Waste" held at the European Parliament.
The Chairman of the County Council expressed interest in this new technology presented by the Spanish company, waiting for an offer with financing options, and an invitation to a place where the technology already works.
The Director Weir Doba, Claudiu Ardelean said the idea of a technology that can reduce the amount of waste disposed in line with the requirement to reduce waste by 15%. He said that a cell is closed and the establishment of a new cost around 1 million.
Vice President Mircea Govora adopted a radical position, asking whether this technology works somewhere in Europe, adding that he has "luxury travel on European roads," referring to the fact that these proposals have been made, the County Council, but none were viable.
AMBIENSYS company representatives explained that currently is being used in Barcelona, Salamanca is and will be used in the near future and Italy, Morocco, Argentina, etc. They explained that at this time the technology has been approved by the European Union, passing all tests.
According to them, waste 95% is recovered as residues resulting from the processing are obtained organic fiber, which is used as fertilizer, combustible materials (wood, leather, textiles), which can be used to produce the heat necessary for the machinery, plastics, aluminum, ferrous metals and inert (ceramics, glass, etc.., occasionally).
The price of the facility is approximately $ 20 million, the processing time is 15-30 minutes and the production is 4 tons per hour.
